NOTES
This week we are talking about ways to find forgiveness and let go of grudges that ultimately only hurt ourselves. How can we understand people who hurt us? What can help us to forgive when we are filled with anger and resentment?

One thought I share is a reminder I often need to give myself when angry over someone who has hurt me or someone I love:

The temptation is to allow bad people to make you a bad person too. But the way of lasting peace and satisfaction will always be to do the harder thing — to hold on and to defend the goodness of your own heart with ferocity.

I also encourage use of the sacrament of Confession for those who are suffering old wounds and having trouble fining forgiveness for others in their hearts.

INTERVIEW
This week I share an inspiring conversation I had with Brooke Taylor, host of the Good Things Radio podcast and blogger at The Sacred Sink.

I think when we forgive any person it means i am not forgiving the other person but inturn forgiving me and let go the hurt which i have created and blame others for that hurt.Forgive yourself and let the pain vanish. For better understanding of forgiveness connect with me.
