I am thrilled to be assigned the task of making Catholic Digest the kind of joyful, faith-filled publication you have always trusted me to produce, and I thank God for the opportunity to continue to serve the Church in this capacity. I am grateful for the ways many of you have supported Faith & Family magazine in the past, and pray that you will support Faith & Family Live and Catholic Digest as we begin this new endeavor.

Congratulations Danielle! It’s great to know that Catholic Digest will be in good hands.
Congrats Danielle. I’ve always enjoyed Catholic Digest.
Congratulations! Wishing you well in this new venture. I think it will be good to bring the 2 magazines together!
Amazing news, Danielle! I’m so happy for you…and us, your reading public. It’s a win, win! 🙂
Do you know if it’s available on Kindle?
Congratulations, Danielle!!! May the Lord continue to bless you and your work as you begin this new endeavor, for Him.
Congratulations, Danielle. My Mom subscribed to this magazine when I was growing up & I was regularly inspired by the articles in it. One article in particular (in the April 1984 issue) made a huge impact on my faith. I still have this issue somewhere.
Yay – congratulations! I just subscribed. 🙂
Danielle,
I just received a gift subscription from my wife’s grandparents. I usually read their copy when I go to visit, but I’ve never been a big fan. I had as much regard for Catholic Digest as I did for USCatholic or the Ligourian, that they were rather milquetoast, a sentiment shared by Matthew Archbold . But your arrival is most welcome news. Now I can be excited about the gift subscription I received!
My favorite news source is OSV, and I depend on Zenit and NewAdvent for online coverage. I’m not expecting bracing intellectualism like I would from FirstThings or Catholic Culture or Crisis Magazine, but I’m very excited to see what fun and dynamic orthodoxy you will most assuredly bring to Catholic Digest. Brava! They are lucky to have you.
Congratulations, Danielle! I may just have to get a subscription now, as others have said, this definitely wasn’t my favorite publication, but I have high hopes now!
That’s great news Danielle! I remember seeing that magazine at my parents house some years ago and thinking it was for old people HA! I’m sure this is VERY smart move on their part!! : Best wishes – I hope it is fruitful for you!
