A heart made new

Small prayers. Honest reflection. Room for grace.

Everybody’s heart needs changing. We all need healing, and we all need to grow in love. God makes the change. Our part is to become available to him.

Each day pairs a short Scripture passage with a focus, a journaling question, and a practical action. The journey moves through devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, trust in Divine Mercy, and the freedom of surrender.

Questions

About this Catholic prayer journey

Do I need to start on a particular date?

No. Begin whenever you are ready and move through the reflections one day at a time.

What if I miss a day?

Simply return to the next day when you can. This is an invitation to prayer, not another task to feel behind on.

How much time should I set aside?

Five to ten quiet minutes is enough. Read the Scripture, sit with the question, and carry the daily action into the rest of your day.

Can I make the journey with a friend or group?

Yes. The daily questions work well for personal journaling, a prayer partner, a women’s group, or family discussion.
