This week we are talking about the winter blues and some simple ways to combat the feeling of BLAHHHHHHH this time of year. We talked about this in episode #008 last year, and I recap some of those ideas as well as share 5 new ones:

1) Celebrate something.
2) Be deliberately grateful.
3) Fake it till you make it.
4) Move your body.
5) Challenge yourself.

I share more ideas and suggestions for each of these, as well as some examples from my own life. I hope you will share your ideas with me too. I love hearing from you!

In this week’s show, I also share some girlie-girlness, talking about some nail health and beauty tips. Here are the links I promised for that:

Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen supplement

UV lamp/nail dryer (for gel polish)

Gelish nail polish starter kit (everything you need to get started, besides the lamp is included here!)

In this week’s show, we also share some reader suggestions for podcasts to listen to. Let me know if you have more to add to our list. Comment here, or send me your feedback by email or voicemail.
