Frozen Pineapple Pie

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple frozen juice concentrate
1 carton (8 ounces) non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 prepared cookie crumb (vanilla, graham cracker, or chocolate) pie shell

Combine sweetened condensed milk and fruit juice concentrate. Fold in topping, pour into pie shell, and freeze. Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with whipped cream.

Variations: Substitute frozen concentrated lime, lemonade, cranberry or tangerine juice for the pineapple juice.
