Raphael’s Graham Crackers

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup milk

Combine flours and baking powder. Cut in butter until the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in honey. Add milk and stir to make a stiff dough.

Roll out on a floured surface to 1/2 or 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares. Brush with milk and prick with fork. Bake at 400 degrees F on an ungreased baking sheet for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
