NOTES
Are you ready for Christmas? Don’t worry, me neither.

This week I share 3 simple things I think everyone should take time to do this Christmas season.

1) Hold Baby Jesus
Spend some time “holding” Baby Jesus in your heart, reflecting on the meaning behind him coming to us a small, vulnerable baby.

2) Skip something.
It’s OK to say no to something, even if it is something you “always” do. Give yourself permission to give up traditions and obligations that are not serving your nd your family this year.

3) Go on a date.
Spend some quiet, uninterrupted, one-on-one time with someone who is important to you.

I will not be recording the podcast for the next two weeks, as I take time to spend the holidays with my family. I will be back with new episodes in 2018.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
