This week we are talking about some easy, pain-free ways to improve your eating habits starting RIGHT NOW! I share the following ideas:
1. Roast your veggies!
You and your family will enjoy a greater variety of vegetables more often if you make a habit of roasting them — so easy and so good!
2. Don’t drink your calories!
Way too many drinks have way too much sugar in them. Don’t fall for it! Find ways to replace high calorie beverages with water, seltzer or other drinks.
3. Plan ahead!
We often make poor food choices when we are stressed or rushed. Prepare ahead to make healthy foods as easy to choose as less nutritional ones.
4. Have some chocolate!
Keep temptations under control by having small pieces of one high-quality chocolate bar when cravings strike. You will amazed by how little you need to feel “satisfied” for a sweet treat.
