<p>Like breakfast for the man.</p>
<p>&#8220;Wait!&#8221; I wound up shouting to him as he headed out the door for work, &#8220;Your toast hasn&#8217;t popped up yet!&#8221;</p>
<p>He couldn&#8217;t wait. But he sure could follow up with an email once he got to work. The subject line was &#8220;Virtual Breakfast.&#8221;</p>

<p>How very kind of him to allow me this simple way to redeem myself.<br />

And he&#8217;s using it in our living room which he has stripped bare of all its contents in anticipation of sanding and refinishing the floors in the next 3 days.</p> <p>But it&#8217;s vacuuming nonetheless. And my husband is doing it. And beggars can&#8217;t be choosers now, can we?</p> ]]></description>
