I’m back (almost — is Baltimore close enough?) from my trip to Denver and getting caught up on a bit of linky business:
At Fathers for Good, I am sharing real couple’s real thoughts about NFP:
Real Talk from Real Couples About NFP
My latest column is up at Inside Catholic:
Which Will You Be?
And you can hear the (longer) second part of my interview on Christopher Closeup podcast with Tony Rossi (and read an excerpt at the blog!) (and learn how you can win a FREE copy of Small Steps for Catholic Moms!):

Guess who came to our house yesterday? It was Arwen Mosher and her awesome family! I am bragging about it at Faith & Family today. While you’re there, be sure to check out guest blogger Kate Lloyd’s thoughtful posts on dating relationships. We’ve been so happy to have her blogging with us this week!
Over at NCRegister, we’re talking about kids flipping over the newly-released trailer for the latest Narnia film, Voyage of the Dawn Treader and feminists who fear education and information more than killing a baby.
And … finally, do not miss out on your chance to win a signed copy of Small Steps for Catholic Moms in the giveaway host by Sarah Reinhard at CatholicMom.com this week. Good luck to you!

I love the Anchoress.
It takes a while to stop the monkeychatter in the brain. But try to let that run itself out, like a spool of film, that goes clackety-clackety-clack and then whirrrs down to silence. And breathe and get quiet.
We are all much too comfortable with our noise, and distrustful and edgy around the silence.
But the noise feeds the chaos. The chaos feeds something else.
Let’s stop feeding it.
Let’s feed our spirits a little.
Let’s not take the bait. Let’s not bait others. In a week, the world will still be with us. But perhaps by getting a little quiet, we’ll have come to understand a little — just a little — about the uselessness of a day’s fretting and fighting, in the scope of Eternity.
She makes some great points that I really need reminding of now and then.
There’s no time like Holy Week to “get quiet.” Go read the whole thing.

Today at NCRegister, I’m talking about Bump+, the provocative made-for-internet television series:
Was this a real show? Were these real pregnant women leaving the “choice” about whether or not to allow their unborn babies to live in the hands of an internet audience? It all sounded like a bad made for TV movie, never mind a web TV series.
A little careful reading at their website, though, reveals that this is a “fake” reality television series. The characters we meet on the screen are played by actors—but we, the audience, really will determine the outcomes of these characters’ pregnancies. In other words, our votes will determine what choices the writers will have each of these characters make in this “fake” reality show.

Apparently, a tweeterview is an interview on twitter (140 characters at a time) that you can watch live on the tweeterview site or read through later at your leisure (they are archived there).
I decided to figure out the rest of the details by participating in one myself. So I’ll be tweeterviewing my dear dear dearie of a friend Rachel Balducci, known to her twitter followers as “Ms. Testosterhome.”
It’s scheduled for 2:00 pm EST tomorrow (Tuesday, November 10) and you’ll be able to check it out (live or later) right here.
