March 27th, 2008 Ice-glazed snow crunches underfoot. Until it gives way. Then boots plunge into the icy water below. Water teeming with green. With life and movement. With the promise of spring.
Fresh air fills lungs as we gasp for breath — we want more. New air. New life. A new springtime of hope.
Moss. Sticks. Water. Earth. This might be spring. Bring us more.
